Panel Testing Australia provides independent inspection, testing, and reporting services for insurance, compliance, and property assessment purposes. Reports are prepared in good faith based on information and conditions available at the time of inspection.
Use of Reports
Reports are provided for the client named in the agreement and are not transferable unless expressly approved by Panel Testing Australia.
Our reports are intended as professional opinions and should not replace legal, engineering, or financial advice.
We are not liable for decisions made by insurers, contractors, or third parties based on our reports.
Limitation of Liability
While we take care to provide accurate information, Panel Testing Australia is not responsible for:
- Events, conditions, or damage not visible or accessible during the inspection.
- Any loss, damage, or claim arising from reliance on the report beyond its intended scope.
- Indirect or consequential loss.
Payments
All fees must be paid as per the agreed terms. Reports may be withheld until full payment is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled inspection may incur a fee. We will work with you to reschedule where possible.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and reports, is the intellectual property of Panel Testing Australia and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
